Important consumer information:
1. Splashbacks may be subject to variations in glass iron
content which may lead to minor colour variations.
2. All glass used in splashbacks is subject to industry
tolerances of plus or minus 3mm-5mm.
3. Installation of your splashbacks may be subject to a
time delay as delivery is dependant on our glass supplier.
4. All splashback orders are subject to a check measure.
5. Splashback colours may have a slight colour variance
dependant on interior & exterior lighting conditions.
6. All splashbacks are gap sealed on the edges.
7. Splashbacks which are produced from different batches
of glass may be subject to minor colour variations.
8. Splashback colours may vary slightly from a colour card
sample due to the special paint formulation finish required.
9. Our installation staff will install your splashbacks in
accordance to Premium's safety procedures.
10. There should be no hindrances to the installation,
eg: rangehoods should be removed prior to installation.
11. Even though extra care is taken when check measuring
your splashback, human error may mean the glass may
need to be re-made, thus affecting the installation date.
12. All splashbacks are subject to the glass company
regulations regarding odd shapes & over-sized articles
and in some cases the glass company may refuse to
process the order.
13. Premium recommends not to use a high flame cooking
on stove back burners as this may cause paint to discolour.
14. All toughened glass is subject to spontaneous
breakage. Although this is a very rare occurrence
customers should be aware of this fact. Spontaneous
breakage is caused by the formation of nickle sulphide (NIS)
during the manufacturing process from minute impurities
being present in the glass batch. No toughened glass can
be guaranteed against spontaneous breakage despite
manufacturers using strict testing procedures to try to
eliminate the possibilities. As such glass manufacturers
do not warranty the product against breakage and therefore
Premium cannot provide a warranty for glass splashbacks.
