Important Consumer Information:

1. All glass used in splashbacks is subject to industry tolerance of plus or minus 3mm-5mm.

2. All splashback orders are subject to a check measure. (If for some unforseen error the size is incorrect, a new re-make will affect installation date)

3. Splashback colours may vary slightly from a colour card due to
a) glass batch productions
b) interior & exterior lighting conditions
c) special plant formulation finish requirements
d) glass iron content

4. All splashbacks are gap sealed on the edges.

5. Our installation team will install your splashback in accordance to Premium Safety Procedures

6. All splashbacks are subject to glass company regulations regarding over-sized & odd shapes, and if required, the order will not proceed.

7. All hindrances should be removed by the owner or qualified trade person prior to installation (ie rangehoods).

8. Premium recommends not to use extreme heat near the splashback as this may cause slight discolouration.

9. Delivery time & installation of your splashbacks is dependent on our glass supplier.

10. All toughened glass is subject to spontaneous breakage. This rare occurrence is caused by the formation of nickel sulphide (NIS) during the manufacturing process from minute impurities being present in the glass batch. No toughened glass can be guaranteed against spontaneous breakage, despite manufacturers using strict testing procedures to try to eliminate this from occurring.
Glass manufacturers do not warranty glass product against breakage, and therefore Premium cannot provide a warranty for glass splashbacks.
Although this is an extremely rare occurrence, we like our customers to be aware of this fact.
